How can brands engage a student community? Moving Mountains plant-based University Challenge
Plant-based pioneers Moving Mountains Foods launched their Student Ambassador campaign this month; encouraging students across the country to get creative in the kitchen as part of their #MMUniversityChallenge
Hungry students applied for the Ambassador position on Instagram. Brand fans, avid foodies and those looking to make a sustainable step in their student diet were then tasked with creating a Moving Mountains meal of their choice including their plant-based burgers, hot dogs or recently launched fish fillets. They documented their progress on Social Media; Instagram and TikTok.
